The titles of both of the films are not in a set position and they are kind of scattered on the page. I think this is to represent the unpredicted natures of the films.

Like ‘se7e n’ we overlapped our footage, we do ne this to help speed up the time.

The use of a high camera angle has been used in both of these shots to make the person come across as vulnerable .

On the left side of my split screen there is not a lot of light and in the still from ‘se7en’ there is also not a lot of light’s both of the films light and shadow has been used to create mystery.

The titles is quite important and it can change the audiences’ perceptions of the film therefore it is vital to have a good title for your film. In ‘se7en’ the title has a black background and white shaky writing. The title is plan but it makes you think because it seems like something is not right. In ‘pen friends’ we created the title in the same way we created the others but we put a negative filter on it and the effect ‘bad TV’. Other of the titles is ‘shaky’ ad they make you feel like something is not right.
Like a real film we have used a variety of shots in this case it’s a close up of hands.
Again we have used another close up to help show the narrative of the film. These shots show the villains committing their crimes.
In our opening we used a variety of shots to show the turning of the book whereas ‘se7e’ didn’t use a wide range of shots, this allowed us to show of our ‘match-cutting skills’ which made our opening more interesting.
