Skills audit: sound track

I found creating a soundtrack for or film quite hard. We listened o many beats and sound effects but we could not find anything that we felt matched our film properly. we made a simple soundtrack that consisted of 'awareness' which played throughout the opening of our film, but we cut off the end of it as it sounded western and it did not fit in with our film. We added 'Bass Isolation' and 'Texture and Ambience 007'. These beats fit well together, but we were not happy with it because it still did not feel complete.

We decided to record a voice over that would play on certain parts of our opening. This made it feel more compleate. We used a poem which we found off the internet and adapted it slightly so it fit in with our film. I recorded the voice over for the opening, I made my voice deep so it created an eerie atmosphere. it also made the audience wonder where it came from because it was obvious it was not from any of the characters on screen.
